The path to Zero Waste is a long one. Especially when running a business! We're tweaking our daily routines little by little and I'm proud to write that we've come a long way! From this summer onwards we no longer buy packaged breakfast cereals but make our own granola with bulk ingredients from our local organic shop "Le Marchand Bio" and now we have even more reasons to make fresh orange juice instead of buying bottled juice: Home made Organic Orange Marmalade! What took us so long? Honestly, we thought making marmalade was a lengthy and complicated process. Turns out we were wrong. (Thank you Thermomix!) So from now on for breakfast, we will be serving all the usuals, plus orange marmalade, and my personal favourite, Orange marmalade with tiny pieces of dark chocolate. What a treat!
